I release batches of around 100 sets just a few times per year, the colourway’s vary each time - reflecting my explorations and inspiration in the moment.

Once I have a date set for the next stock release - I email all my subscribers a few days in advance with the secret access code, 24 hours later the shop becomes available to the public.

Stock is limited and often sells quickly so its best to get exclusive access by joining my newsletter.

Yes! I use Australia Post as the shipping provider.

All items are sent within 7 days unless a special trim is added in which case an additional 7 days will be added to the dispatch time.

All items are shipped with insurance, tracking and in secure gift box packaging with biodegradable slips.

Import Duty

Shipping on packages to the US are Tariff inclusive - this means no additional charges will need be paid upon arrival.

All other packages shipped outside of Australia may be subject to Import Duty on arrival - this is the responsibilty of the customer.

Please check the tracking of your package to ensure you pay any duty owed promptly to avoid delays.

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address provided will be returned to Australia, re-shipping will be at the customers expense.

If you do not wish for your package to be re-shipped you will be entitled to 50% refund of the product price, excluding shipping fees.

A great beginner size is the Regular with a veil length no longer than 56 inches.

The Artisan Collection

I often dye in two of a kind batches, therefore many items will have a matching twin.

They will be available under the same listing, these doubles are great for duet acts - or maybe some day you will meet your twin at a festival by chance and bond over this rare occasion!

Although I repeat some colour gradients per collection, they are not guaranteed to be exactly the same as a previous one. This is the nature of complex hand-dyed creations. I thrive most when experimenting in the moment and lean towards creating new combinations each time.

Therefore If you see something you really like - I recommend taking the opportunity to claim it as you may never see it available again.

The Studio Series

These are hand-dyed by my trained team in batches of 10 - 20 sets per colour gradient.

I personally ensure that all listing photos are a true representation of the colours / products on offer.

Due to the hand-made, one of a kind & delicate nature of silks, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

However if your fans arrive damaged due to improper shipment handling or if there is an issue with your order that falls outside of the listing description, contact me within 5 days of delivery.

Your satisfaction is a priority and I’ll always be open to finding a reasonbale resolve if something isn’t quite right.
